Refund policy

There will be no refunds on any wigs or products under no circumstances.

Wigs can not be exchanged. The customer is resposible for ensuring correct sizing for wigs. We do offer free REPAIRS for up to 2 weeks after purchase if we are at fault for any issues, customer is responsible for shipping the wig back. 

Hair tools and products can be exchanged only if there are defects with the product.
